Job Description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Staff Accountant with around 4 years of experience to join their growing finance team! In this role, you’ll help keep our financial foundation rock-solid while turning everyday numbers into clear, meaningful business insights. You’ll work closely with team members across the company, bringing both analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to our daily workflows. salary: $23 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Month-End Closing: Lead account reconciliations and prepare journal entries to ensure smooth monthly closes.

• Financial Reporting: Draft accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow tracking.

• General Ledger: Monitor general ledger activity, bank transactions, and intercompany accounts.

• Process Enhancement: Help identify and implement faster, smarter ways to streamline our accounting workflows.
