We're looking for people who already know how to sell — and real estate agents are some of the best salespeople there are. You read people, you handle objections, you close in living rooms, and you're comfortable earning on commission. That's most of the job already. The difference: here, you never prospect. No farming, no cold outreach, no chasing listings, no buying leads. We generate and book your appointments. You show up, understand the homeowner's problem, design a custom solution, and close. The specifics

• Availability: at least 6 in-home appointments per week, including some evenings and Saturdays
• Territory: the greater Houston area
• Onboarding: three days of on-site training to start, with a stipend while you learn
