Mailroom Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence to appropriate departments.
• Process outgoing mail and prepare shipments through approved carriers.
• Categorize and route documents according to department-specific procedures.
• Perform accurate data entry of customer orders, invoices, and shipping information.
• Enter, update, and maintain records within company databases and software systems.
• Verify information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when identified.
• Scan, file, and organize documents electronically and in physical filing systems.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments regarding mail, orders, and document requests.

Mailroom Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous mailroom, clerical, administrative, or data entry experience preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple software systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 8-hour shift.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
