In this role, you'll be more than just a leader—you'll be the go-to person who keeps daily operations on track, supports your team, and ensures every order is handled safely, accurately, and on time.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates throughout each shift.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity goals.
- Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on schedule.
- Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory movement, and warehouse organization.
- Train, coach, and support employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Enforce company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to keep operations running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Forklift certification is preferred (or willingness to become certified).
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.

salary: $20 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Assign work tasks and prioritize workloads.
- Monitor workflow to ensure productivity goals are met.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Oversee receiving, unloading, and storage of incoming materials.
- Verify inventory is stored correctly and organized efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified).
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections.
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs.
- Help maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
