Title: Title Marketing Manager

 

Location: Radnor, PA (Fully on-site)

 

As the primary marketing point person for the Title business, this individual contributor drives marketing initiatives that position Essent’s title products, programs, and brands in relevant and engaging ways. This role is responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, managing day-to-day channel assets, and cultivating key management relationships across lender and agency services. Additionally, in partnership with the Senior Marketing Analyst, they will maintain and contribute to the team's core marketing metrics and reporting package.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

  • Manage day-to-day core marketing related to partner with the title leveraging marketing SME peers across digital, analytics, marketing communications and training (ex., technology, agency relationships, communication channels, etc.).
  • Contribute marketing recommendations for the creation of, updates to as well as revisions and enhancements to all title marketing related direction based on Business Development needs, competitive activity, market conditions, business updates and martech stack enhancements.
  • Manage the development and execution of digital marketing awareness and conversion strategies that support growth with all customer segments in alignment with the business development team and in close collaboration your digital peers within marketing.
  • Evaluate and understand behaviors and trends of key customer segments and garner insights that are actionable.  Collaborate with Business Development & Operations to develop awareness strategies, glean service level expectations and in conjunction with the Manager, Content Marketing produce and cultivate a growing library of value added marketing resources.
  • Assist in the management of social media governance framework and sales enablement strategy, including content development, monitoring, escalation, and maintenance procedures.
  • Partner with marketing analytics departmental resources to develop a dashboard of key metrics. Standardize for inclusion into Marketing Reporting Package weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly reporting to meaningfully interpret marketing engagement results and implications aligned to industry benchmarks.        
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  Minimum Education & Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in Marketing and Communications with hands-on marketing project management experience and workflow.
  • Strong foundation in digital, direct, and content marketing principles, with a proven ability to evaluate creative work and guide adjustments for maximum brand impact.
  • Hands-on experience in data-driven campaign management, project execution, quality control (Q/C), testing (including A/B testing), and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency with CMS, email marketing, and CRM platforms (such as SugarCRM and NetSuite), as well as standard business suites (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of acting as a credible advisor and collaborator for internal stakeholders, clients, and key industry influencers.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of projects, seamlessly shifting from high-level strategy and process definition to hands-on campaign execution.
  • Results-driven professional with a demonstrated track record of setting, tracking, and achieving ambitious marketing metrics.
  • Prior experience within mortgage lending, title, real estate, or broader financial services institutions is highly preferred.
