Job Description

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership: Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent high standards across teams.
• Design and engineering: Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies.
• Development: Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.
• Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best fit approaches.
• Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assess platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
• Coordination and communication: Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.
• AI-enablement: Apply AI driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

1. 5 years- Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design.
2. 5 years- Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments.
3. 3 years- Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments).
4. 2 years- Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity.
