Job Description

Salary: $65,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven background as a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong platform expertise and hands-on delivery experience
• Deep knowledge of CPQ and Sales Cloud
• Proficiency in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management)
• Strong business analysis capability, including thorough fit-gap assessment between requirements and platform functionality
• Ability to convert complex business needs into technical designs and user stories
• Experience producing reliable effort estimates and risk evaluations for enterprise Salesforce initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for collaborating with varied audiences
• Demonstrated ability to define business outcomes and measurable success metrics for technology programs
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts and strategic guidance to both business and technical partners
• Ability to work Central Standard Time hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm CST

• Lead functional and technical delivery for complex Salesforce programs across multiple business areas
• Transform business requirements into detailed user stories and robust solution designs using Salesforce platform capabilities
• Prepare level-of-effort estimates and clearly communicate the value, risks, and trade-offs of proposed approaches
• Establish measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams to shape effective solution architecture
• Provide strategic guidance on improving customer operations through thoughtful Salesforce adoption
