Sioux Center, IA

Shifts available:

Le Mars: Weekdays and Weekends, Hours between 7:30am and 4:45pm

Sioux Center: Nights and Days, Up to 12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm/7pm-7am

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
