Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand cleaning needs.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow team members.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required; we provide training!
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques.
