Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory, communicating with vendors and carriers, maintaining shipping documentation, and supporting daily logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Schedule deliveries and transportation services
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues

• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers
• Prepare shipping reports and operational updates

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, administration, customer service, or related roles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong time management skills
