Lead HVAC Installer

Due to continued growth, we are actively looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential HVAC equipment, leading a two-person installation crew, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

We are currently hiring a full installation crew and welcome qualified Lead Installers who already work with a helper. While all candidates must complete our interview and hiring process, we are open to bringing on established installer/helper teams who work well together and take pride in their craft.

What We Are Seeking:

• Minimum of three years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience leading or mentoring other installers preferred
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC system replacements and installations
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check prior to hire
