Our caregivers work directly with clients in a one-on-one environment, allowing them to build meaningful connections while helping seniors maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Learn more about our team: Primary Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance
• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Accompany or transport clients to appointments and errands when needed
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans to promote client safety and well-being

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) registration or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Successful completion of a state-approved NA/CNA training program
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Valid driver's license preferred, but not required for all cases
