Inventory Control: Use scanners to track materials and ensure every pallet is exactly where it needs to be. Responsibilities
- Trailer Loading & Unloading: Expertly load and unload trailers to maintain a seamless, on-time shipping and receiving logistics flow.
- Material Handling: Safely transport pallets and raw materials throughout a fast-paced warehouse environment to directly support production lines.
- Inventory Tracking: Utilize RF scanners to accurately track materials, manage pallet locations, and maintain strict inventory control.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with a skilled warehouse crew and production teams to consistently meet and exceed high-volume daily goals.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA and facility safety protocols to ensure a secure, incident-free manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Shift & Schedule Management: Successfully manage workload demands within a high-impact, rotating 2-2-3 schedule framework.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 6 hours at one time
- working weekends
