We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager at Liven to help build the next generation of creative production. Performance marketing is changing faster than ever. A few years ago, the competitive advantage was buying media better than everyone else. Then it shifted to making better creatives. Today, the advantage belongs to companies that can build AI-native creative systems.
At Liven, AI is already at the core of how we work. Our goal isn’t simply to make creatives faster. We’re rebuilding the entire creative production system from research and ideation to testing, iteration, and scaling. This role is for someone excited by that challenge.

Turn customer insights, market research and performance data into creative hypotheses.
Use AI to rethink how ideas are generated, validated and produced.
Work closely with Design, User Acquisition, Growth and Product teams to launch, test and scale new creative concepts.
Evaluate ad performance beyond CTR and CAC, generate actionable insights to optimize and improve results continuously.
Continuously explore new formats, angles and narratives.
Is naturally curious. You spend your free time analysing great advertising, following creators, reading Reddit threads, exploring new AI tools and trying to understand why people behave the way they do.
Thinks in systems. You don’t optimise individual creatives. You optimise the machine that produces them.
Analytical thinking. You know that great advertising isn’t magic. It’s strong consumer insights, great storytelling, relentless testing and fast iteration.
Uses AI as a thinking partner. AI isn’t another tool in your stack. It’s part of how you research, write, analyse, create and make decisions.
