Position Overview
We are hiring an Entry-Level Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, provide information, and support client campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
* Provide accurate information about products and services
* Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Document customer interactions and maintain records
* Meet daily and weekly performance targets
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Ability to remain professional under pressure
* Good listening and problem-solving skills
* Basic computer proficiency
* Previous call center experience is a plus (not required)
