The Detail Specialist is a very important role within the organization providing quality service to our customers. A successful detailer is someone who is reliable, hard working, detail-oriented and strives in providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities: * Clean and detail new car deliveries, as well as recondition vehicles for the used car lot. * Wash, extract, and buff vehicles. * Understand how to detail all makes and models of vehicles. * Maintain a clean and safe work area. * Conduct final inspection on every vehicle before delivering to a customer. * Support the Service and Sales Departments in their detailing needs. * Complete paint finish repairs and reconditioning when applicable. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: * High school diploma is preferred. * Previous auto detailing experience and certifications are a plus, but are not a requirement. * Possess a valid driver’s license. * Hold a clear driving record (no accidents, tickets). * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Possess a strong work ethic with an attention to detail. * Reliable with an energetic and positive attitude. * Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
