salary: $37 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Own the AR Process: Manage accounts receivable from start to finish, including invoicing, processing cash receipts, and handling collections

• Balance the Books: Perform account reconciliations and play a key role in smooth month-end closes

• Maintain Accuracy: Prepare journal entries and keep financial records sharp and accurate

• Prep for Audits: Assist the team in preparing audit schedules

• Team Support: Pitch in with general accounting tasks and financial reporting to support the wider finance team
